Mariona offers a limited returns and refunds policy. Please familiarize yourself with the below terms before placing an online order.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are only able to accept returns on damaged or expired goods. Partial refunds may be granted; if, for example, 1 out of 3 bottles in your order is damaged. All returns are subject to approval, and your request must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a refund for your order, your item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the original shipping invoice.

Include your shipping invoice in the box. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be processed for refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not seen your refund clear, please contact us at hello@drinkmariona.com.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Mariona cannot process exchanges, only refunds for damaged or expired goods.
